## How to read the proof
A receipt is an evidence pointer, not a trophy. It links a public commit, states a claim, lists evidence and a verification command, names its confidence, and names what it cannot prove. Declined receipts are published too — refusing to claim small or private-adjacent work is part of keeping the ledger honest.
